About the Owner
Before moving and settling in the outskirts of Caldwell, ID. Owner, Mark Thomas worked hard at owning a family commercial construction company pioneered by his father. Coming home he couldn’t resist a drink especially if it was a chocolate milkshake. He and his family moved to Idaho to be closer to family and he continued to manage commercial ductwork in Seattle. He later found energy drinks to help with his long commutes back and forth from Washington state to Idaho. After retiring and coming home to his family, he found a healthier way to get the caffeine intake that now helps him with yard work, working his horses, or doing yoga with his wife at the local YMCA… all things a man should do after retiring. He wanted to be able to share Lotus Energy drinks and Perk Energy with family and new friends in a fun, delicious way. With help from his kids from coding a website, to making drink flavors he has his own cafe up and running with soon 2 locations and more to come.
Lotus Energy
We use Lotus Energy Contentraits to add natural energy to our energy drinks. Lotus contains only natural ingredients that include Antioxidants, B-vitamins, and adaptogens. These supplements come from plant-based ingredients including lotus flowers, cascara, schizandra berry extract, super fruits, natural caffeine from never roasted coffee beans, and Rhodiola Rosea extract. These ingredients provide benefits that can help with mood, increase energy, promote weight loss, regulate blood pressure, normalize blood sugar, relieve stress, and is that is anti-aging. NATURAL CAFFEINE FROM GREEN COFFEE BEANS
Coffee beans are loaded with antioxidants and pharmacologically active compounds. Two of the most important ones are caffeine and chlorogenic acid.

Perk Energy supports energy, alertness, and performance in three ways:
1.) Caffeine- Caffeine is a widely studied ingredient that has been demonstrated to inhibit drowsiness and stimulate your central nervous system. Each serving provides 100mg of caffeine.
2.) Quercetin from Blueberry Extract- Quercetin has been researched for its ability to improve cardiovascular and athletic performance with evidence that it can help improve oxygen utilization for energy.
3.) Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs)- MCTs can enter your cells without being broken down through normal digestion but rather quickly metabolized and used as a rapid energy source.

Perk has a blend of immune-supporting ingredients to enhance your ability to maintain your health because no one has time to be under the weather.
(:) Blueberry Extract- This antioxidant has shown promise for its ability to aid several factors that benefit your immune system. It may aid in reducing inflammation and stimulating the immune system. It can also reduce the production of histamine which correlates with allergic reactions.

DILLANOS COFFEE
Dillanos Coffee, like us, is a family owned business and has great values. We make sure to order our beans regularly and store them correctly so they are fresh and ready for your favorite coffee order. For our recipes we use DCR Dillons, the original. It's a medium roast and has a rich, full body, roasted hazelnut aroma with tastes of chocolate. It has also been the Dillanos staff pick for years 2022, 2023, and 2024. If you prefer decaf, we use their Mach-ninni Decaf medium-dark roasted beans. This blend is rich, has a light body, a clove aroma, a nutty taste, and it was also the staff pick for 2024.
