Our Mission Statement
We want to be able to start guests' day with a smile and a drink they will love. We serve a selection of drinks to make sure anyone will be able to find something on our menu that they will enjoy. Be able to control your caffeine intake, and stop the jitters, all in a natural way. Through Lotus Energy, you know how much natural caffeine you are drinking, add more or less to your liking. Know where your food comes from and be able to get all the vitamins and minerals from naturally sourced ingredients. We work in a clean environment with clean ingredients. We hire and train each of our employees so we can get the best drinks out to our customers. Not only are they the best but we take pride in our drinks being consistent every time you order. We love our community so we want to give back by providing the best drinks.

About the Owner
Before moving and settling in the outskirts of Caldwell, ID. Owner, Mark Thomas worked hard at owning a family commercial construction company pioneered by his father. Coming home he couldn’t resist a drink especially if it was a chocolate milkshake. He and his family moved to Idaho to be closer to family and he continued to manage commercial ductwork in Seattle. He later found energy drinks to help with his long commutes back and forth from Washington state to Idaho. After retiring and coming home to his family, he found a healthier way to get the caffeine intake that now helps him with yard work, working his horses, or doing yoga with his wife at the local YMCA… all things a man should do after retiring. He wanted to be able to share Lotus Energy drinks and Perk Energy with family and new friends in a fun, delicious way. With help from his kids from coding a website, to making drink flavors he has his own cafe up and running with soon 2 locations and more to come.
